This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and ironetic, LLC (“Company”) regarding your use of the Grādrz software and services (collectively, “Software”). By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
The Software and all intellectual property rights therein are owned by Company and are protected by applicable laws. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Software.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Company may terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.
The Software is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Software.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
